Shipping & Returns

South Africa:

All local standard shipping is done via our courier in South Africa. We ship orders twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it usually takes two to three days for orders to be delivered to main centres. Outlying areas may take up to five days, or more, depending on the region, and the third party partners working with our courier. (Please note that orders take up to a business day to process before shipping).

Orders sent via the S.A Postal Service Counter-to-Counter Parcel service will be mailed once a week, which we usually do on Wednesdays. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames with S.A.P.O.


US & Canada:

All North America orders are shipped from South Africa by air.

All international orders are shipped via SAPO. For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us at

For domestic ground shipping: Orders normally process in one business day, and then take 3-5 days to reach their destination.

Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 7-30 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.


We want you to enjoy your Rondavel Products! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in the original, undamaged packaging within 60 days of the original purchase date for an in-store credit or product exchange.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping of all returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for any previously paid shipping charges.

Steps To Returning a Product:

1. Email us at with a subject line “Return”, and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. Include if you would like in-store credit or an exchange. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

3. Once we receive the returned product we will determine if you will be issued an in-store credit or ship an exchange (based on your request).

We can only offer exchanges and in-store credit for items purchase at Any product purchased at a retail location or at one of our distributors will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.

Gift Cards may not be returned. We offer absolutely no returns on Sample Items.

Damaged/Defective Products

If your products arrive damaged, broken or defective, we will try to replace the goods ( depending on availability ) . Please notify us within 14 days of your package delivery date.

Lost Packages

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
